“Mental health affects so many people and often, these mental health issues get overlooked and untreated. I have been using myself as the subject matter for my own diagnosed and undiagnosed mental illnesses to bring awareness to this topic.”Read the full statement

Devyn mainly works with stoneware clay and enjoys functional work the most.
Many of her larger pieces are hand-built using coils to express height and control within the artwork. Using this technique, she gives a hand-made experience to the pieces she creates.
